Q: What kind of payment options does Little Green Buddies offer?

Little Green Buddies offers a variety of payment options as below:

Q: How secure is shopping with Little Green Buddies?

One of the possible problem is that your account is not verified. A email with verification link had been sent to your registered email address for verification, please click on the verification link to activate your account.  Alternatively, you can contact us
for technical assistance.


Q: I have a user account with Little Green Buddies but forgot my password, what should I do?

It is easy, go to My Account page and click on the Forgot password link. You will be prompted with a window and please enter your email address (it must be the same email address you registered with Little Green Buddies. The password will be sent automatically to the registered email address.


Q: I have a user account with Little Green Buddies, how do I change my personal info and shipping address?

Go to My Account page, login and you can modify your account details there.


Q: Can I buy from Little Green Buddies without creating an account?

Unfortunately no. However once you have created an account with us, it will be easier for you to shop with us next time. Just use your login (your email address) and password next time you shop with us. All your personal and address information will be automatically retrieved from your account.

Q: I have received a few emails from Little Green Buddies.  What are Orders Received, Orders Processed and Payment Receipt?

Order Received: This email informs you that Little Green Buddies has received your orders and will process it as soon as possible.
Order Processed: This email confirms Little Green Buddies has processed your order.
Order Shipped: This email confirms that Little Green Buddies has delivered/shipped the order to your shipping address.


Q: Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?

Little Green Buddies has no 'Return Policy'.  As such, please take your time to choose your products carefully.  If you are trying a product for the first time, we recommend that you purchase a sampler or a travel set tat we have in store.  We advise that you perform a patch test to check for any reaction or intolerance.  To do this, simply apply a small amount to the inside of the upper arm looking for a rash or redness at the site by the next day. However, there are terms and conditions for this. Please refer to the Delivery & Returns Policy for more information on this.


Q: I can't find a particular product or item I want from Little Green Buddies online store, what can I do?

Q: I came across the name iPay88 in Little Green Buddies  What is iPay88?

Little Green Buddies accepts online credit card payment using ipay88 (accredited by Bank Negara Malaysia) and it is a secure online system that offers our customers safe transaction over the internet. ipay88 also uses 3D secure where extra authentication from the bank is required.


Q: Why do I have Mobile88.com in my credit card transaction records rather than Little Green Buddies?

Do not worry because our payment gateway partner, ipay88 (owned by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd) collects payment on behalf of Little Green Buddies.


Q: Why Mobile88.com is on my billing statement?

iPay88 Sdn Bhd has appointed Mobile88.Com Sdn Bhd as its sole authorized reseller of all iPay88 merchants. If you have a Mobile88.Com or Mobile88.Com Sdn Bhd charged on your statement, it is very likely that you or someone in your household placed an online order with us.


Q: How do I know if my payment has gone through?

When you submit your payment details, the iPay88 payment service will request authorisation from your Card Issuer and carry out any fraud screening checks on Little Green Buddies . Depending on the outcome of the authorisation request, you will see either a successful or a failed message on screen which will confirm the result of your transaction.

A successful payment will also be confirmed by email. This email will include the details of your purchase and your Transaction ID, which is a unique reference for your payment, and should be quoted on any correspondence with Little Green Buddies . It will be sent by iPay88 to the email address you have provided when entering your payment details.

If you receive more than one email and you have only made one purchase, please contact Little Green Buddies and inform us that you have placed multiple orders by mistake. We will arrange a refund if necessary.


Q: Why my payment was declined?

This could be for many different reasons, however, iPay88 is not informed of the exact reason why the transaction has been declined. Reasons why your payment was declined include:
- Some of the card/personal details entered does not match the information held by your Card Issuer
- You do not have enough cleared funds on your card to cover the amount of the purchase
- Your card has been reported as lost/stolen and been cancelled by your Card Issuer
- Your card has or is due to expire and has been replaced by your Card Issuer
- Your card has recently been replaced by your Card Issuer but not yet activated
- Your card cannot be used to pay for goods/services in a Cardholder-Not-Present environment (online/over the internet)
- There may be a problem with your Card Issuer's authorisation system
- You haven't activated 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) of your card

If you are sure that one of the reasons above does not apply to your payment attempt, we recommend that you try again. However, should the problem persist, please contact your Card Issuer to find out further information.

Q: Why do the organic baby skin care products in Little Green Buddies use preservatives?

Preservatives are used to keep products fresh and free from bacterial contamination during use.  Products like creams contain water content and microbial resides in water because it is the basis of all life.  Without preservatives, the cream would last up to a week, more or less, if refrigerated somewhat longer.  Most commonly used preservatives ingredients are parabens (which you will not find it here).

Potassium sorbate (a food grade preservative) and benzyl alcohol (from benzion tincture) are some of the natural preservatives commonly used in organic skin care products.  To prevent oxidation of oil-based products, antioxidants such as Vitamin E and olive leaf extract are also used.


Q: Do the products in Little Green Buddies have a shelf life?


Yes.  Our retail products are FREE from harsh chemical preservatives, thus the shelf life is comparatively shorter than conventional skin care products.  Shelf life varies from 9 months to well over a year, but some products may last longer if kept well. 

It is advisable to use the products with clean fingers in order to maximize the products' shelf life.  Always close the lid or cap after use to minimize bacterial contamination. 

Our retail products are made in small batches to ensure maximum freshness when they reach you.


Q: Where is the best place to store organic skin care products?

Store them at ambient room temperature, away from direct sunlight.



Q: How to determine is a skin care product is organic or not?

Simply scan the ingredients listed on the product's label.  Learn what to serve and what your are serving your little ones' skin.  This is our main reason why we have listed them for each item that we place in store.  As a general guide, ingredients are listed with the highers percentage ingredient list, in decreasing order.  Remember this rule of thumb when you search for organic goodies - scan the 'bad boys' and identify the good ones as your kids deserve to have a healthy organic living! 


Q: Are the products in Little Green Buddies '100% organic'?

Its our wish list to have all products 100% organically produced.  But as with everything else, when it comes to organic products, it is a challenging task to make a product that is 100% organic.  A minimal range of additives and preservatives are needed to maintain its efficacy, functionality, safety and hygiene reasons.  For example, if you read our stringent ingredients listings in our store, you may notice that phenoxyethanol and decyl glycoside are used in the products.  These properties are used to keep the formulation safe and free from bacteria and to make shampoos and body washes to clean properly.  Organic certification bodies such as USDA and Soil Association recognize this fact. 

So instead of looking for 100% organic products, we search high and low for products that meet our ingredient policy.  Besides that, we try our best to identify the ones with the most organic ingredients percentage, minimum processing and with clear labelling.  We look for products certified as organic by bodies like Ecocert and USDA. We also study the brand's commitment to organics and natural skin care products.  We use them and test them ourselves before offering to you.  If we don't like them, you will not see them at Little Green Buddies.
