DELIVERY

Where products are in stock, all orders usually are shipped within 1-2 business days. 
We ship orders Monday to Friday excluding public holidays via Skynet. 



The delivery charges are as follow: 

* FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS ABOVE RM200 WITHIN PENINSULAR MALAYSIA

Please ensure that we have the full address including your full postal code (PO Box addresses are not  acceptable for delivery) and a contact telephone number.  Upon receipt of the Good, it is advisable to inspect the Goods.If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we make  arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you. 

DELIVERY

Little Green Buddies uses Skynet for deliveries to Peninsular and East Malaysia. Once your order is processed and shipped, an "Order Shipped" email will be sent to you, stating Airway Bill Number or Shipment Tracking Number.

Use this number to track your order:

(a) By accessing Skynet website or

(b) By calling Skynet hotline at 603.7958.2800 press 3.

If you have any queries or problems, please feel free to contact us and we will gladly revert to you within 48 hours.

Kindly provide your Order Number and Airway Bill Number for us to assist you.

RETURNS

If we have delivered the wrong product or one that is faulty in some ways, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For hygiene purposes, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.  We will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Our products are free of the most common allergens such as artificial colour and fragrance.

However some people may find they are sensitive to essential oils and any substance, natural or chemical.  Hence there is a possibility of triggering sensitivities - we are all unique and individual afterall! For this reason, you will notice that we have a complete ingredient listings for each items that we stock in our store.  So if you know that your babies are sensitive to certain ingredients, please take your time to check whether or not they are in the product. For some products you can order smaller trial sizes, so you can perform a patch test. However, we regret that we are not able to offer a refund, credit or exchange if, after using a product, you find you are sensitive to it or it is unsuitable for your needs.
